Some say the law is the law. And if you start changing the law for one person why not do it for everyone?
Others say they are just dumb kids. (Dumb maybe… horny definitely)
And some people, mostly kids say, it is their bodies and their phone… um… not really most of these kids don’t “own” the phone they use. Their parents do and these parent’s could also get busted for phones with CP on it. As for the body issue my parents always said we own you until you are living on your own and paying your own way. I kind of agree with that because how your kids act and what they do reflects on how you raised them.
Still, I personally think… What?! As if kids haven’t been sending nude pics from webcams and e-mail already. Or just plan getting naked together. This just reeks of how ass backwards this country is of sexuality and nudity. I think of how it is also illegal for minors to have sex period (let’s arrest any kid who copulates that sounds like a smart idea.) I think of how in the 70s & 80s popular film had nude chicks and breasts and topless guys out in the open and in ways that were so obviously porny/sexist. But there was crack down and now in films we have less of that but more of it in other harder to regulate ways like Craigslist and cell phones else hmm…
Until we as a country openly admit that the porn industry (sadly child porn is a part of this) is the largest entertainment industry in the country we will always be ass backwards.
Anyway… enough of my rant… your in depth thoughts.

I think it’s wrong cause you can’t compare sexually curious young people to sleazy child porn dealers. I don’t get it… by doing so you’re only exploiting yourself willingly. Everyone makes mistakes when they’re young, so I think instead of accusing them of distributing porn, authorities should be advising them of the consequences of posting nudes… eg. they could be on the internet forever etc.

Well , I`m a female 38, I was thinking of posting an ad on adult gigs in craigslist selling my nude pics and having who ever interested go through Pay Pal to pay for my goodies, I see a lot of ladies even men doing this. I live in Ohio , so was curious If it`s legal ? Any suggestions or answers how to go about doing this as this is the very first time I would be trying it out , so any answers would be helpful! Thanks in advance .
I`m not actually posting them up in my innitial ad , however If their interested , I would have them give me a valid phone number to find out If they are legal age, second: have them pay through pay pal then send them my pics in return after I received confirmed payment . Not really sure how to do this , I can`t send anyone a preview because all they have to do is copy n save to their computers that would be pointless , let me know If I`m making sense or on the right track here. I just don`t want to do anything that will get me in trouble legal wise .

Ohio is full of deviated preverts and selling nude pics on internet is mandatory if you apply for a home equity loan, auto loan, credit card, debit card, or payday loan.

I know of a family memeber who is a single mother who has allowed her boyfriend to take nude pics of her and have tried to explain to her that these pics can come back to hurt her especially if he decides to use them against her later on. Yes, he is paying child support and living under the same roof with her and the child. To me, I don’t understand the need for him to have naked pics of her seeing that they sleep together every night. Again, I think he is a pervert and will use those photo’s against her to take the child that she has been rasing by herself for the past 4 years. The chikld is 5 and the father has not been around all this time until November of 2007. I need help explaining to this family member the pro’s and con’s of these pics and need some help doing so. Anyone who can show me law cases or give me any advice I would appreciate it. Thank you
This family member came to me to ask my opinion about the situation because she feels guilty and is unsure herself as to whether he will use those pics to take her child seeing that he is paying child support and is trying persuade her to take him off. She has asked for the pics back but he refuses to give them back so (again) she is unsure herself as to his motives for wanting to have pics of her seeing that they sleep together every night.

I can’t give case studies, but there’s no way that a court will decide a mother is unfit and take away her children on the evidence of a few nude photos! As long as she is a good mother the fact that she has a sex life “and it can be proven” is no barrier to her ability as a mother in the eyes of the law.
What is more worrying is the fact that she continues to live and sleep with a man she doesn’t trust. She needs to respect herself more, and if she really thinks he will try to take away her kids, she’s irresponsible to be with him.

I have no idea why you are involved at all, none of this is your business. She’s a grown woman, its her choice. If she doesn’t realize how stupid she is, she will later on when he uses them against her. Either way, not your concern.
